But I found that there are other factors which could contribute.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"6\">As I don&#8217;t have any experience with under eye darkness, I can&#8217;t offer advice based on my own experiences.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"7\">This post is based upon research.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"8\">This was a difficult problem to solve, but after much digging I think I have found some answers and solutions!<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"9\">This does not include a concealer!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"10\">Dark under-eye circles: Common causes<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"11\">Allergies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"12\">Vitamin Deficiency B-12, D E K<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"13\">Sleep deprivation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"14\">Heredity<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"15\">Liver Problems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"16\">Skin that is thinner and has less collagen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"17\">It was fascinating to learn that dark circles under the eyes are often caused by a lack of vitamins or a weakened liver.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"18\">Skin problems are always rooted in the body.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"19\">These 2 problems could help reduce the darkness under your eyes.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"20\">It is important to pay attention to what you eat.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"21\">Skin problems are always a reflection of underlying issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"22\">Vitamin K to Darken Under Eye Circles<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-slot-rendered-content=\"true\"><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"23\">I have read that\u00a0Vitamin k\u00a0can be used to reduce dark circles under the eyes and broken capillaries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"24\">Research has shown\u00a0to be highly effective.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"25\">Vitamin K is necessary for blood coagulation and clotting.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"26\">It is also good for digestion (two birds with one stone?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"27\">Vitamin K, whether it is taken as a supplement or in the form of foods rich in vitamin K, can help cleanse the liver.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"28\">Kale, spinach and chili powder are all foods rich in vitamin K.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"29\">I found\u00a0THE<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"31\">Arnica Oil for Dark Under Eye Circles:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"32\">After further research, I discovered that\u00a0Arnica Oil\u00a0was another topical remedy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"33\">Arnica oil is used to treat bruising, joint pain and other conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"34\">Arnica oil could be effective because under-eye circles look similar to bruises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"35\">If you purchase &#8220;arnica flower oil&#8221;, this is usually an oil that&#8217;s been infused with the flowers.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"36\">There is also an arnica essential oils.<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"37\">Arnica oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"38\">I also found\u00a0dried Arnica, which could be used as a<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"39\">How to reduce the appearance of under-eye circles:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Under Eye Circle Serum<\/li>\n<li>Anti Wrinkle Eye Stick<\/li>\n<li>DIY Puffy Eye Roll On<\/li>\n<li>Easy Caffeine Eye Serum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"44\">Here are a few more natural remedies to reduce dark circles under the eyes.<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul data-slot-rendered-content=\"true\">\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"45\">Use my\u00a0Cucumber mask recipe\u00a0or cucumber slices on the eyes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"46\">Potato slices over eyes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"wordai-block rewrite-block enable-highlight\" data-id=\"47\">Tea bags over eyes (caffeine helps!<\/span>\u00a0<span
